• The Maui Concierge Magazine is a monthly industry publication that is direct mailed by name and title to members of the hospitality industry who interact daily with Maui’s visitor. In circulation since 1995, it is the only vehicle that directly reaches this reader in a timely manner each month.
  • Our monthly circulation numbers are approx. 2,800 and are reaching all Concierge, Guest Services Representatives, Front Desk Agents, Bell/Valet Attendants, Activity Agents, Hotel & Resort Managers, Condo Resident Managers, Reservations and Japanese Guest Services to name a few.
  • We go to all front of the house employees that a visitor will have interaction with during their vacation on Maui. Simply put, The Maui Concierge magazine is a solid reference piece containing information that concierge and guest service professionals require right at their fingertips.
  • We help make their job easier by offering sunrise and sunset times, reviews of restaurants and shows, information about new activities, upcoming special events, calendar of events, golf directory, a feature that rediscovers longtime great activities, and a monthly entertainment calendar.
  • And we make it fun! We offer a “Contest Corner” where readers email/fax in answers to trivia about our advertisers. We also include a special Concierge Card on the inside back cover which enables them to experience different activities and restaurants on Maui at a dramatic discount – these special offers are provided by our valued advertisers.
  • Over the past 15 years, we have worked very hard to create a bond with the hospitality industry on Maui. That bond has influenced the way that they look at this publication. The more the concierge knows, the more they can inform our visitors. The Maui Concierge is committed to educating the hospitality industry, so that our visitors have the best possible experience.
