Where everyone’s a winner!

The Sentry Tournament of Champions returns to Maui and the legendary Plantation Course in Kapalua Resort. This gathering of the best PGA golfers is a unique tournament in that its qualified field features a winner-only format.

The Sentry Tournament of Champions is the only event that exclusively features players that won PGA TOUR tournaments in the previous year.

The elite field will feature stars including:

Dustin Johnson – Two-time winner and defending champion
Justin Thomas – Past champion
Rory McIlroy – Making first tournament appearance
Patrick Reed – Past champion and2018 Masters champion
Brooks Koepka – Player of the Year
Jason Day – Two-time winner in 2018

Since moving to Kapalua in 1999, the tournament’s host organizations have contributed millions of dollars to local Maui charities.

Thursday, January 3 • First Round
Gates open at 9am; Aloha Kick-Off Ceremony
approx. 9:40am (30 minutes prior to first tee time) First tee time at 10:20am.
Friday, January 4 • Second Round
Join in the Aloha Friday Fun, wear Aloha attire! Gates open at 9am.
Saturday, January 5 • Third Round
Gates open time TBD
Sunday, January 6 • Final Round
Gates open time TBD

Grounds and Clubhouse tickets available at Tickets start at $15 for Wednesday and $30-40 for competition days. Tickets also available for purchase on island at:
• The Bay Course at Kapalua
• The Plantation Course at Kapalua
• ABC Stores: Honolua Store, Honokowai, Kihei (across from Kamaole Park I).

Clubhouse tickets provide exclusive access to the clubhouse as well as the tournament grounds. Starting this year, they also provide access to a private standing area on the 18th hole for close views of golf.

FREE admission for youth ages 18 and under with a ticketed adult. FREE admission for active, retired or reserve U.S. military and their dependents.
Champions Weekly Package includes:
• 2 Wednesday Pro-Am grounds tickets.
• 2 Weekly Clubhouse tickets (Thursday-Sunday).
• 1 parking pass for onsite parking Wednesday-Sunday.


The tournament has generated more than $6.3 million to Hawaii community charities since 1999. The designated beneficiaries for 2019 are Boy Scouts of America – Maui County Council, Friends of the Children’s Justice Center, Hale Makua Health Services, J. Walter Cameron Center, Ka Lima O Maui and Lahainaluna High School Foundation. Donations are also made to Hawaii State Jr. Golf, Lahaina Jr. Golf and Maui Jr. Golf. For more information visit­­
