Ka‘anapali Beach Hotel’s Sunday Champagne Brunch has been a Maui favorite for kama’aina and visitors alike for many years. It is served from 9am to 1pm in the Tiki Terrace restaurant with comfortable indoor and covered outdoor seating. The brunch offers a vast array of Hawaiian specialties, seafood, traditional brunch items, fruits, desserts and champagne. A duo of talented entertainers share Hawaiian music during the entire brunch to set the stage for a wonderful meal.

Here is a taste of what the chefs at KBH have been cooking up for brunch: The cold bar includes a variety of salads, Mixed greens, Caesar, Macaroni, Greek, Broccoli and Cranberry, Chinese Chicken, Asian Tofu with soy vinaigrette, Tomato, Cucumber and Feta Salad as well as assorted fruit. Local touches include Hawaiian Pohole Fern salad and Ka’anapali Fresh made Poi.

The Cold Seafood Bar has decadent Crab Legs, Kiawe Smoked Salmon,  Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters or Mussels on the Half shell. You will also enjoy the local Maui favorites like Ahi, Pohole & Maui Onion Poke, Spicy Tuna Poke, Shoyu Poke, Crab Kim Poke and Spicy Octopus Poke. Sushi options include California Maki, Spicy Tuna and Cone Sushi.

Feeling like breakfast treats? The Omelet station has a chef standing by to create your favorite combination of ingredients folded into a fresh omelet. Waffles are also prepared in front of you with all of the delectable condiments to top each waffle off to your liking.

Moving on to the “Hot Stuff” – The Hot carving stations at brunch include Hawaiian Guava Glazed Ham, Slow roasted & Kiawe Smoked Prime rib with all of your favorite condiments and a delicious Leg of Lamb.
